Braer has had the privilege of housing Pãn Pottery since 2017, drawn to both the quiet strength of Gus’ work and the generosity of spirit that shapes it. His practice is deeply tied to place—hand-dug clays from the local landscape, wood firing in traditional kilns, and glazes formed by ash settling in the heat of the flame. Each pot is a collaboration between maker, material, and fire, yielding vessels that hold both time and transformation.

Our ongoing collaboration celebrates this alchemy, including our 2022 exhibition Pots for Flowers, which explored the interplay of floral form and ceramic function.
